Home Sweet Home!

August was a busy month for us! Engagement pictures, birthday, bachelor/bachelorette parties, closed on our HOME! Moved, wedding crafting, so much to do! I can't believe that it's 21 days until I will be a Mrs. It seems to surreal and grown up to have so much going on at once...but very exciting. The highlight of the past few weeks (for me anyway) has been my bachelorette party in Port Aransas and closing and moving into our new house. I don't have any evidence of the bachelorette party, but here is a picture of our new home.



We closed this past Tuesday, moved in on Wednesday, and then Nick left for his bachelor party (watch out New Orleans) on Thursday. Thank goodness we have a long weekend to relax and get settled. My momma and Aunt Kathy are coming in town this weekend to help me craft (yesssss), unpack and finish moving things out of the old house. I have been in the house one night and have already met a lot of our neighbors. All of them have been super nice and lots of them have little dogs for Zoey to be friends with/bark at. Needless to say I am pumped to finally have a home to call ours (we looked for over a year at 100+ houses). This is the place we start our lives together and somewhere that I can finally paint and start decorating! Both very exciting things in my book :)
